Job Title: Product Manager
Reporting to: Business Unit Head/Business Manager
Location: Mumbai - No relocation applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination with OEM to plan the Annual /Qtr/Month revenue.
- Building, monitoring, and managing the product pipeline.
- Plan, define, and execute marketing/BD plans to derive revenue and profitability.
- Work with BD Team/branch champs to identify focus partners and drive revenue and reach.
- Work with the Pre-Sales team to drive demo/POC with partners (and their customers).
- Ensure proper order lifecycle management/order processing/billing.
- Resolve issues & complaints raised by the vendor & partners.
- Regular monitoring and reporting of overall business hygiene.
- Business Planning and execution.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Product Management/Channel Management/OEM Management.
- Managing brand/product Profit & Loss, business hygiene, working closely with Sales/BD teams.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for driving end-to-end execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in ICT Distribution, Product Management, and Channel Sales Management.
- Relevant experience in a distribution background is must.
- Experience in Software, Security, Networking and Hardware products.
- Strong presentation and collaboration skills will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication with spoken & written English, interpersonal skills.
- Having worked in a similar capacity and product segment.
- Consulting approach will be an added advantage.
- Team player with ability to work multicultural & cross-functional teams (sales team, Accounts team, claim team, back-office/operations team).
- Ability to take responsibility & deliver agreed results.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
