Location: Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Kolkatta, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
The key responsibilities include but are not restricted to:
- Conduct training courses in Behavioural / Business Areas
- Report writing for pre and post training activities
- Manage client expectations as per the scope of the project
- Assists with the design, development and maintenance of training materials
- Work with business development and enablers for business generation,
- Coordinate with the team for business development activities and Support proposal development
- Contributes to written policies/procedures for training
Competencies, Qualifications and Experience:
- 8 or more years of relevant experience (as per the requirement of the project)
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- Experience in training delivery
- Project management and/or consulting experience is helpful
- Ability to learn and relate to multi products categories will be an advantage
- Computer Literacy is a must
