Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners across Kolkata.
- Generate sales through Channel Partner networks.
- Conduct regular meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Handle customer and Channel Partner queries effectively.
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
- Confident, target-oriented, and relationship-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of the Kolkata real estate market.
