Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for real estate projects.
- Conduct site visits and explain project details to prospective clients.
- Generate, follow up, and convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners (CPs).
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable inventory.
- Achieve individual sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales and CRM team for smooth closures.
- Assist clients with documentation, booking, and post-booking formalities.
- Update and maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Requirement:
- 2-4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Knowledge of Pune real estate market (Baner/Sus preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
