Job Summary:
OneCX Techservices Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic and motivated Telesales Executives for the B2B sales process. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, promoting company services, and converting leads into successful sales through calls and online communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships
- Update customer details and sales activities in CRM
- Achieve quality communication and professional client handling
- Coordinate with the team for smooth sales operations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
- Sales or telecalling experience will be an added advantage
