The Contracts and Procurement Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the company's contracts and procurement processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of contract law, and a proactive approach to procurement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and develop strategies to meet them efficiently.
- Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and assess their capabilities, pricing, and quality.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team to assist in creating mood and material board concepts, contributing to the material selection process.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of critical materials, implementing efficient inventory management systems.
- Provide expertise and advice on material specifications to the project team, ensuring compliance with project standards and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering partnerships that drive value for the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to contracts and procurement.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on procurement-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in contracts management and procurement, preferably in Building Construction Industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law and procurement best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong in Documentation
- Knowledge of Contractual Agreements
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per month
