- Maintain all IT hardware used in plant operations, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and Web Bridge systems.
- Perform regular health checks, preventive maintenance, and timely replacement or repair of faulty equipment.
- Wi-Fi Device Support Ensure continuous uptime and performance of plant Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues related to wireless access points, controllers, and client devices.
- Collaborate with the network team for performance tuning and network expansion as required.
- Facility Management IT Support
- Provide end-to-end technical support for CSCTS devices deployed across the plant.
- Handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely resolution of hardware-related issues
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Good Exposure to latest hardware and networking technologies
- Good communication skills
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
