Position Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for software, websites, portal, apps, and CRM thorough testing in all aspects.
- Review and analyze system specifications, execute test cases manually as well as automated and analyze the results.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams and Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
- Deliver release report.
- Should be well aware of testing methodologies, SDLC & STLC.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree in Computer/Software/IT engineering
- Broad understanding of QA Process, software development process including design, programming, and documentation
- Ability to run test cases that effectively uncovers software defects
- Exposure of testing tools is an advantage (JIRA, selenium, Bug Tracker, winrunner, loadrunner etc )
- Should be aware of product goals and their business impacts
- Must have excellent communication
Ability to handle multiple assignments/projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet competing deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to roll up your sleeves and proactively learn new technologies.
Display a solid work ethic and provide the best possible support on a timely basis.
Have a mindset of Continuous Improvement. Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
Education: BE/BTECH/BCA/MCA/COMPUTER SCIENCE GRADUATE
