Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the current business model, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather information, and synthesize findings to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Collaboration with various teams will be essential as you work to align business needs with technological capabilities, ensuring that solutions are both effective and sustainable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Document business processes and requirements clearly to support project implementation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Analysis & Interpretation, Payments Fundamentals.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Ability to create detailed documentation and reports that communicate findings effectively.
- Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques to visualize workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office. WFO 5 Days
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Good hands-on knowledge on various kinds of payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP (NEFT), Immediate Payments (IMPS), UPI.2.0, BillDesk, Payroll, Cheque, DD, Cashier Order, Mass payments
- Expertise in SFMS/NPCI interfacing
- Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications
