We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Head of Sales to drive business growth across India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technology sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments.
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
Account Management
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Manage strategic accounts through consultative and value-based selling.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
Solution Selling
- Promote and sell Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI, Managed Services, and Digital Transformation solutions.
- Understand customer business challenges and recommend tailored technology solutions.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, negotiations, and executive-level discussions.
Sales Leadership
- Drive regional sales initiatives with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create customer-centric proposals.
- Mentor and support team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Stay updated on Microsoft Security solutions, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity trends.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Provide regular business updates and revenue projections to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Technology, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or IT Solutions Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB customers across India.
- Experience selling Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI, Managed Services, or Digital Transformation solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Security solutions and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling technology solutions across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Kolkata.
- Established network of enterprise customers, channel partners, and system integrators.
- Certifications in Microsoft Security, Cloud Technologies, Cybersecurity, or Sales Management are an advantage.
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
