Key Responsibilities
- Instruction & Curriculum: Develop and execute stimulating lesson plans and syllabi that align with educational standards and the specific curriculum.
- Laboratory Safety: Educate students on strict lab safety protocols and supervise practical experiments to ensure a secure and responsible environment.
- Assessment & Feedback: Set up tests, quizzes, and assignments, while fairly grading and monitoring the academic progress of your students.
- Classroom Management: Establish clear expectations for behavior, create a positive learning environment, and provide extra support to struggling learners.
- Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with parents, guardians, and fellow faculty members regarding student performance.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Science Education, or a closely related field, along with a valid teaching certificate or license.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of foundational and advanced chemical concepts.
