About the Role
The School Engagement Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with
schools, presenting Snehmitra Foundation’s services, and driving successful partnerships. This
role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in sales and marketing, preferably from the
education sector, who can convert leads into agreements and ensure smooth onboarding of schools.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with schools and establish professional relationships with decision-makers.
Present and discuss Snehmitra Foundation’s services in detail.
Convert leads into formal agreements.
Manage the onboarding process for new partner schools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Achieve sales and engagement targets while maintaining compliance standards.
Candidate Profile
Education: MBA /graduate (mandatory).
Experience: Proven expertise in sales and marketing, preferably within the education
sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.
Willingness to travel locally as required.
