Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager who can lead a team, manage multiple client accounts and build strong social media strategies that drive growth, engagement and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, campaign execution, team management and performance analysis. You should be able to guide designers, content writers and social media executives while ensuring every client receives high-quality and timely work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the social media team, including content creators, designers and executives.
- Create monthly social media strategies for different brands and industries.
- Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
- Review captions, creatives, reels, stories and campaign ideas before publishing.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their goals, brand voice and campaign requirements.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas for better engagement.
- Manage paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using analytics and prepare monthly reports.
- Guide the team on content quality, deadlines and platform best practices.
- Ensure all posts, creatives and campaigns are delivered on time.
- Work closely with the SEO, content, design and performance marketing teams.
- Handle client communication, feedback and approvals professionally.
- Improve brand presence, follower growth, engagement rate and lead generation through social media.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Lead or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other major platforms.
- Experience in managing a team is required.
- Good knowledge of content strategy, reels, trends, hashtags and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple brands or client accounts at the same time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of paid ads, Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Ability to handle deadlines and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, Trello, Notion or similar tools will be a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
