Position: Civil Site Supervisor
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Qualification
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering
- B.Tech/B.E. Civil candidates may also apply
- Freshers with good practical/site knowledge may be considered
- Candidates with 1–3 years of construction site experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities
- Manage and coordinate site labour
- Check excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering and concreting works
- Supervise brickwork, plastering and other finishing works
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and instructions of Site Engineer
- Check line, level, dimensions and quality of work
- Monitor labour productivity and daily progress
- Coordinate materials, machinery and manpower requirements
- Maintain basic daily site records and measurements
- Ensure workers follow site safety requirements
- Report site issues and progress to the Site Engineer/Project Management
Candidate Requirements
- Able to read basic civil/structural drawings
- Good knowledge of RCC and general civil construction
- Comfortable working full-time at a construction site
- Able to handle labour and subcontractor teams
- Responsible, disciplined and willing to work in a site environment
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month, depending on experience and capability
