Customer Experience Lead
Role Overview
Own and drive customer experience across all outlets by managing GRE teams, feedback loops, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and guide all GREs across outlets
● Ensure consistent customer interaction and service standards
● Track and respond to customer reviews and feedback
● Identify recurring issues and coordinate with operations for resolution
● Drive customer satisfaction and repeat visits
● Create SOPs for customer handling and feedback collection
Requirements
● 3–4 years of experience in customer-facing roles
● F&B experience preferred
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Graduate (mandatory)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
