Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and process sales orders
- Confirm order details with clients through telephonic communication
- Check product availability in inventory and Tally ERP system
- Verify customer ledger and payment status before order processing
- Coordinate with Production/Planning if stock is unavailable
- Follow up with Purchase department for raw material requirements
- Ensure timely order execution and customer updates
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or related field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- MS Excel proficiency
Salary: As per industry standards
