Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, onboarding, compliance, and overall HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive work culture while ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of attendance data.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee concerns and provide HR support.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance and development plans.
- Support training and skill development initiatives.
HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain statutory records and HR documentation.
- Support audits and compliance-related activities.
Administrative Support
- Maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate office administration activities.
- Handle other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong recruitment and interviewing abilities.
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
