Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end e-commerce logistics operations, with a primary focus on last-mile delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing delivery teams, courier partners, dispatch operations, order fulfillment, and delivery performance while ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily logistics and last-mile delivery operations.
· Ensure timely dispatch and successful delivery of customer orders.
· Coordinate with courier partners, delivery executives, and warehouse teams.
· Monitor delivery performance, including delivery success rate, RTO (Return to Origin), and SLA compliance.
· Develop strategies to improve delivery efficiency and reduce operational costs.
· Handle logistics escalations, customer delivery issues, and operational bottlenecks.
· Analyze logistics KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
· Optimize delivery routes and workforce allocation for maximum efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
· Recruit, train, and supervise logistics executives and delivery coordinators.
· Work closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
· Maintain relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and courier companies.
· Implement process improvements to enhance delivery performance and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce logistics, courier operations, or last-mile delivery management.
· Strong knowledge of delivery operations, dispatch management, and logistics planning.
· Experience managing courier partners and third-party logistics providers.
· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
· Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics/order management systems.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in UAE or GCC e-commerce logistics is an added advantage.
· Knowledge of SLA management, RTO reduction, and delivery performance metrics.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to make data-driven operational decisions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
