About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Chemist to oversee and execute the manufacturing of cosmetic products while ensuring adherence to quality standards, GMP guidelines, and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
● Execute manufacturing of cosmetic products as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
● Ensure accurate weighing, dispensing, mixing, emulsification, and filling processes.
● Monitor production parameters and maintain consistency in product quality.
● Maintain BMR, BPR, production logs, and other manufacturing records.
● Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and company SOPs.
● Conduct in-process checks and coordinate with QC for testing and approvals.
● Coordinate with Stores for raw material and packaging material requirements.
● Supervise production operators and helpers.
● Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in cosmetic, personal care, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
