Requirements:
- Experience in VMC machine setting
- Hands-on experience with Siemens & Mitsubishi Controllers
- Knowledge of fixture setup, tool setting, and offset correction
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T
- Knowledge of Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Bore Gauge
- Understanding of machining parameters and cutting tools
- Experience in first-piece inspection and quality checks
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and tooling issues
Responsibilities:
- Set up VMC machines as per production requirements
- Ensure correct fixture, tool, and job setup
- Verify dimensions before production
- Monitor machining operations and quality standards
- Reduce setup time and machine downtime
- Coordinate with Production, Programming, and QC teams
- Maintain machine cleanliness and production record
