We are looking for a skilled and dedicated IVF Specialist to join our fertility team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in infertility management, assisted reproductive techniques, patient counseling, and fertility treatment planning. The candidate should be committed to delivering compassionate care while maintaining high clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose infertility cases
- Conduct detailed patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform and manage IVF-related procedures, including:
- Oocyte Retrieval (OPU)
- Embryo Transfer (ET)
- Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
- Follicular Monitoring
- Ovulation Induction and Cycle Management
- Monitor patients throughout stimulation and treatment cycles
- Review ultrasound findings and laboratory reports for treatment planning
- Coordinate closely with embryologists, anesthetists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Counsel patients regarding treatment options, procedures, expected outcomes, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain ethical standards in patient care
Required Qualifications
- MD/MS/DNB/DGO in Obstetrics & Gynecology or an equivalent recognized qualification
- Fellowship or specialized training in Reproductive Medicine/IVF is preferred
- Valid medical registration
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and counseling abilities
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in an IVF or fertility center
- Hands-on experience with Embryo Transfer (ET), Oocyte Retrieval (OPU), IUI procedures, and fertility treatment protocols
- Ability to independently manage infertility cases and coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation
