- Administrative Support:Handling mail, data entry, filing, scanning, and managing office correspondence.
- Office Operations:Ordering supplies, managing inventory, and keeping common areas tidy.
- Front Desk/Reception:Greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing inquiries.
- Scheduling & Coordination:Managing calendars for conference rooms and coordinating meetings or company events.
- Facility Liaison:Acting as the contact person for vendors, maintenance, and IT support.
- Communication:Distributing company-wide memos, announcements, and policy updates.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or in an administrative role (typically 3+ years).
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Organization:Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Communication:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Education:High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business administration is often preferred.
