About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Python Full Stack Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Python Full Stack Development and a passion for mentoring aspiring developers. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, designing curriculum, conducting assessments, and ensuring students gain industry-relevant technical skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Mentorship
- Deliver classroom and hands-on training sessions on Python Full Stack Development.
- Train students on both frontend and backend development concepts.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand learning modules.
- Guide students through real-world projects, assignments, and coding exercises.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to learners.
Curriculum Development
- Design, update, and enhance training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Ensure curriculum aligns with current industry trends and market requirements.
- Introduce learners to best coding practices, software development methodologies, and deployment concepts.
Technical Training Areas
- Python Programming Fundamentals

Student Evaluation & Support
- Conduct assessments, coding challenges, and mock interviews.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Track learning progress and maintain training records.
- Support placement readiness through technical interview preparation sessions.
Industry Engagement
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Recommend curriculum enhancements based on evolving market demands.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to improve learner outcomes.
Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with Django and/or Flask.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience as a Technical Trainer, Faculty, Mentor, or Instructor.
- Experience conducting online and offline training programs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, deployment processes, and DevOps basics.
- Exposure to AI tools, automation, or modern development practices.
