Hydrokraft GLC is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, training, and workforce development. The ideal candidate should have experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing environment and possess strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities for all levels of the organization.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with business objectives.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and retention programs.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Develop performance management systems and support employee development initiatives.
- Organize training and skill development programs for workers, supervisors, and staff.
- Build and maintain a positive workplace culture focused on productivity and employee engagement.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower planning forecasts, and management dashboards.
- Support organizational growth through succession planning and workforce development.
- Coordinate with department heads to address manpower and performance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
- Ability to manage both blue-collar and white-collar workforce effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling large manufacturing workforces.
- Knowledge of Factory Act, Industrial Relations, and labor compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
