Job description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Set sales objectives and monitor team performance through KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Ensure accurate CRM management and sales reporting.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives.
- Should have prior experience in education industry
