Performance Marketing Manager (Adaptify Digital)
We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to join our agency and own paid acquisition and campaign performance across a portfolio of 15+ client accounts, spanning ecommerce (retail & online) and B2B businesses.
This is a hands-on, tactical execution role not a pure oversight position. We need someone who can take minimal direction, move fast across multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously, think laterally to solve account-specific problems, and confidently leverage Claude and other AI tools to execute at a high standard.
Your focus will be planning, building, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across a diverse client portfolio, using AI tools to accelerate execution, and driving measurable, KPI-driven results for both established businesses looking to scale exponentially and early-stage startups.
This is also a chance to help shape how the agency uses AI across every account you won't just be following an existing playbook for connecting accounts to Claude, building reporting workflows, and using Cowork across a portfolio; you'll be building it.
What You'll Be Doing
· Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns across 15+ client accounts at once, each with multiple live campaigns, all focused on ROAS and performance KPIs
· Own execution end-to-end — this is a "get your hands dirty" role, not just campaign oversight
· Connect Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts to Claude via MCP to analyze performance, generate reporting, and surface optimization recommendations across the full account portfolio
· Use Claude and other AI co-work tools daily to speed up strategy, content, and execution; build creative and page assets using Claude Design
· Use Cowork to manage multi-step workflows across accounts — batch reporting, cross-account audits, and recurring optimization tasks — rather than handling each account as a one-off
· Apply lateral thinking to spot non-obvious optimization opportunities from AI-driven analysis, and to diagnose and solve performance issues across accounts in different industries and business models
· Develop and run strategies that scale established businesses exponentially, as well as strategies suited to early-stage startups
· Bring a solid understanding of online marketing fundamentals across both ecommerce (retail & online) and B2B businesses
· Stay accountable to KPIs across the full account portfolio and report on performance
· Collaborate with internal team members and, where relevant, client-side stakeholders or developers on technical implementation
Requirements (Mandatory)
· Google Ads — 3+ years, proven hands-on management of multiple concurrent accounts and campaigns
· Meta Ads — 3+ years, proven hands-on management of multiple concurrent accounts and campaigns
· Digital agency experience is mandatory — minimum 2 years working in a digital marketing agency, managing a high-volume portfolio of client accounts concurrently (in-house-only backgrounds will not meet this requirement)
· Proven track record scaling both established businesses exponentially and startups through paid marketing
· Deep, demonstrable AI expertise with Claude — not just familiarity, but proven ability to connect ad accounts via MCP, build repeatable AI-driven analysis/reporting workflows, use Cowork for multi-account operations, and build assets in Claude Design
· Thorough understanding of online marketing across both ecommerce (retail & online) and B2B business types
· Strong client-facing communication skills — able to present results, explain strategy, and manage client relationships directly, not just execute in the backend
· Strong lateral thinker — able to turn AI-driven data and analysis into non-obvious optimization moves, not just execute a playbook
· Highly KPI-driven, self-directed go-getter who can execute independently at speed
· Portfolio showcasing performance marketing campaigns you've built and scaled
