Key Responsibilities
Network Utilization: Leverage your extensive years of industry experience and established network to immediately connect XETREX with elite global suppliers, factories, and mills.
- Fabric & Material Innovation: Continuously scout and partner with premier fabric companies, focusing on sustainable materials, high-performance textiles, and exclusive proprietary blends.
- Manufacturing Excellence: Identify and onboard manufacturing partners utilizing new, innovative, and highly efficient production methods (e.g., 3D knitting, zero-waste manufacturing, automated cutting).
- Talent Spotting: Actively seek out and build relationships with top-tier merchandisers across the globe to elevate our product lines and streamline our go-to-market strategies.
- Trend & Style Integration: Collaborate closely with our design teams to translate emerging global styles into scalable, manufacturable realities.
- Strategic Negotiation: Drive high-level contract negotiations, ensuring optimal pricing, quality standards, and ethical compliance without compromising our innovative edge.

- Deep Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in global apparel sourcing, supply chain management, or textile development.
- The "Black Book": An established, active network of reliable, high-quality industry contacts—from mill owners and factory directors to elite merchandisers.
- Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of garment construction, textile science, dyeing processes, and modern manufacturing technologies.
- An Innovator's Eye: A proven track record of bringing new fabrics or production methods to market ahead of the curve.
- Global Perspective: Extensive experience traveling to and negotiating within key global apparel manufacturing hubs (e.g., Southeast Asia, Europe, Central America).
- Leadership & Drive:** Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
