Inside Sales Executive (UK & USA Shift)

Shift: UK & USA Time Zones (Night Shift)
Salary: ₹20,000 Fixed + Up to ₹15,000 Performance Incentives (CTC: ₹35,000/Month)
Job Summary
Research Connect is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives to manage B2B sales for clients in the UK and USA. If you have excellent English communication skills and enjoy speaking with international clients, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new B2B leads in the UK and USA.
- Connect with prospective clients through phone calls and emails.
- Present and explain the company's services professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to convert them into clients.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the management team.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Inside Sales, International Sales, Tele-sales, or International BPO Sales is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with UK & USA time zones.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month
- Total Monthly Earnings: Up to ₹35,000
NOTE: The total monthly package is ₹35,000, comprising a fixed amount of ₹20,000 and the remaining ₹15,000 as performance-linked commission.
