Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors and office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and employee attendance registers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in scheduling appointments.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Ensure the reception and front office area are organized and presentable at all times.
- Assist with office supplies management and inventory tracking.
- Support HR and administration activities when required.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
