Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive (Real Estate)
Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Industry: Real Estate (Plotting & Apartment Projects)
Experience: 1–3 Years in Real Estate Sales & Marketing (Plotting/Apartment Preferred)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Location: Bhubaneswar , Phulnakhara
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential plots and apartment projects.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, field marketing, referrals, and channel partners.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business associates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the CRM team for lead management and customer documentation.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities, property exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer databases, and market feedback.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of plotting and apartment sales processes.
- Ability to work in the field and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, preferably in plotting and apartment projects.
