About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Centre Monitoring & Liaison Officer to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have experience in liaisoning, field coordination, center monitoring, and stakeholder management. Candidates who have previously worked with NGOs, educational institutions, skill development projects, or social sector organizations will be preferred.
This role involves regular travel to various centers, monitoring operations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and monitor operational centers regularly.
- Coordinate and liaise with government departments, local authorities, institutions, and other stakeholders as required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of centers and adherence to organizational guidelines.
- Prepare monitoring reports and submit observations to management.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of field visits.
- Coordinate with center staff for timely implementation of activities.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits of center operations.
- Support management in project execution and field-level coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in liaisoning, field operations, center monitoring, project coordination, or administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Willingness to travel extensively within and outside Bhopal as required.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with an NGO, educational institution, skill development organization, or social sector project.
- Familiarity with government schemes, community engagement, or field operations.
- Experience in managing multiple centers or field locations.
