As Lead – Sales Performance Management, you will head the sales strategy function within the Business Planning & Strategy team. This role involves leading a team of analysts and consultants, driving performance insights, and shaping strategic planning across sales functions. You will work closely with senior leadership to translate business goals into actionable strategies and ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with sales goals and growth targets.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and monitor KPIs across business units.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts and consultants, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.
- Promote consistency and accuracy in data management practices across the team.
Sales Analytics & Reporting
- Oversee data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting across sales teams.
- Organize and interpret complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Drive creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and databases for real-time decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Facilitate alignment of strategic initiatives with business needs.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership to support informed decisions.
Work Experience
- 5–7 years in business strategy, sales analytics, or performance management
- Experience in insurance or financial services preferred
Technology Known
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Qualifications
