Roles & Responsibilities
1. Ability to guide prospective students through program selection based on their
background, goals
2. Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with students and parents across
cultures.
3. Good Communication Skills - English
4. Professional and empathetic email and chat communication for lead follow-ups
5. Experience managing high volumes of leads through structured follow-up systems
6. Experience in CRM tools — Zoho, LeadSquared, Salesforce, or similar
7. Experience in converting inquiries to applications to enrollments through
consistent follow-up
8. Experienced working in a Target based environment
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
