Experience : 10-15 yrs
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Post-Order Logistics Manager to join our team in Noida. This critical role sits at the heart of our international supply chain. You will take full ownership of order execution the moment a deal is closed, managing the seamless movement of specialty chemicals from our supply hubs in China, Vietnam, and South Korea directly to our B2B customers across the European market.
Since you will be handling dangerous goods/hazardous chemicals in a cross-trade environment (originating and delivering outside of India), expertise in maritime logistics, chemical regulations, and strict timeline tracking is essential.
1. Cross-Trade Logistics & Shipping Coordination
Manage end-to-end maritime and multimodal logistics for shipments originating from China, South Korea, and Vietnam, bound directly for European ports (e.g., Rotterdam, Antwerp, Hamburg).
Coordinate directly with international freight forwarders, shipping lines, and local customs brokers to secure containers, space allocation, and competitive freight rates.
Track and optimize container transit times, proactively managing exceptions like port congestion, vessel delays, or transshipment bottlenecks.
2. International Documentation & Compliance
Prepare, review, and execute flawless cross-border trade documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and Certificates of Origin (CoO).
Ensure absolute compliance with Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations, including the IMDG Code (International Maritime Dangerous Goods) for ocean transport.
Verify that all import/export paperwork aligns with European customs requirements and EU REACH declarations to ensure seamless customs clearance upon arrival.
3. Financial & Vendor Management
Handle international trade payment instruments, ensuring strict compliance with Letters of Credit (LC) and bank collection terms to avoid payment delays.
Verify freight invoices, custom duties, and destination charges, strictly managing costs to prevent demurrage and detention fees.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade (IIFT/similar preferred), or a related field.
Experience
8-10 years of core post-order logistics experience, specifically within Chemical / Specialty Chemical trading or manufacturing.
Core Expertise
Proven track record in Cross-Trade / High-Seas shipments (shipping from country A to country B without touching India).
Regulatory Knowledge
Hands-on experience handling Hazardous Goods / DG cargo paperwork and a strong understanding of international Incoterms (CIF, FOB, DDP, DAP).
Location
