Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Warmly greet guests, determine their needs, and notify the appropriate staff member. Maintain visitor logs and issue access badges. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls using a multi-line system. Take accurate messages and respond to public emails. [1, 2, 3]
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel or accommodations when necessary. Assist with filing, photocopying, and faxing. [1, 2, 3]
- Mail & Logistics: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages. [1, 2]
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area stays clean and presentable. Monitor and order front office supplies to maintain inventory. [1, 2, 3]
- Security: Enforce office security protocols and monitor front-desk access
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
