Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with qualified leads.
Understand students' and parents' requirements.
Explain MemoNeet plans and features clearly.
Guide students in choosing the right plan.
Convert interested leads into successful enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Hiring Process
1 Resume Screening
2 Shortlisted candidates will receive a call
3 Short interview
4 Selected candidates undergo a 1-week training program
5 Candidates who successfully complete training receive the final offer and join the team
Who Can Apply?
Excellent communication skills in Hindi / English / Tamil
Confident speaking with students and parents
Sales/BDA experience preferred but not mandatory
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Comfortable working with sales targets
