Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle Inbound calls. The candidate should be fluent in both English and Hindi, possess strong communication skills, and be able to resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.No sales and targets.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum 1 year experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Qualification:
- Graduates in any discipline.
Experience:
- 1–2 years in customer service, call center, or voice process preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
