Job Summary:
The Systems Engineer – O365 & Intune Support will be responsible for managing, supporting, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune environments across the organization. The role involves endpoint management, device enrollment, user administration, security compliance, application deployment, and operational support for enterprise collaboration and mobility platforms. The engineer will work closely with IT Operations, Security, Infrastructure, and client teams to ensure stable, secure, and compliant endpoint and collaboration services.
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365 Administration & Support

Provide operational support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Azure AD.

Manage user accounts, licensing, mailbox administration, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and access permissions.

Troubleshoot O365-related issues including mail flow, authentication, MFA, Teams connectivity, and collaboration tools.

Support onboarding/offboarding activities and access management processes.

Monitor service health, incidents, and escalations related to Microsoft 365 services.
Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management
-
Manage device enrollment and configuration through Microsoft Intune.
-
Deploy and manage compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, and conditional access policies.
-
Support Autopilot provisioning, device compliance, application deployment, patch management, and endpoint security configurations.
-
Troubleshoot device enrollment, sync, compliance, and application deployment issues across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.

Manage endpoint lifecycle activities including provisioning, replacement, retirement, and decommissioning.
Security, Compliance & Governance

Support MFA implementation and authentication-related troubleshooting.

Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and endpoint governance standards.
-
Assist in remediation of vulnerabilities, non-compliant devices, and security incidents.

Maintain audit records, SOPs, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.
Operations & Automation
-
Work on automation initiatives using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph APIs where applicable.

Coordinate with vendors, client teams, and internal IT stakeholders during deployments, migrations, and issue resolution.

Participate in project implementations, upgrades, pilot testing, and change management activities.

Ensure timely incident resolution and adherence to SLAs and operational KPIs.
Reporting & Documentation

Generate operational reports related to device compliance, O365 usage, licensing, patching, and endpoint health.

Maintain accurate asset and configuration records within ITSM/ITAM tools.

Contribute to knowledge repositories and create/update SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
-
1-4 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and O365 administration.
-
Experience with Windows device management, Autopilot, conditional access, and compliance policies.
-
Good understanding of endpoint security, MFA, and identity management.
-
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation is preferred.

Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:

Microsoft certifications related to O365, Intune, Azure, or Endpoint Administration.

Experience with SCCM/MECM, JAMF, Defender for Endpoint, or endpoint security platforms.

Exposure to hybrid identity environments and Azure administration.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management practices.
