We are looking for a proactive procurement professional who can build a
reliable supply chain while supporting the company's operational growth.
Position Summary
The Material Procurement & Management Executive will be responsible for
the end-to-end sourcing, procurement, vendor development, inventory
coordination, and material planning for Spartek Group's construction products
business.
The role requires ensuring timely availability of quality materials at optimum
cost while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
In addition, the candidate will support administration and HR-related activities
whenever required, making this a cross-functional role within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing (Primary Responsibility)
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction materials
across all business verticals.
- Source raw materials, finished goods, consumables, equipment,
packaging materials, and project-specific requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers.
1• Obtain competitive quotations and perform cost comparisons.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and
commercial agreements.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order execution.
- Track deliveries and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time supply.
- Maintain procurement documentation and vendor databases.
- Ensure procurement complies with company policies and quality
standards.
Material Planning & Inventory Management
- Forecast material requirements based on production and project
schedules.
- Coordinate with operations, production, and project teams for
procurement planning.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Maintain optimum inventory while minimizing carrying costs.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Implement inventory control systems and reporting mechanisms.
Vendor Development
- Build a robust network of reliable suppliers across India.
- Evaluate vendor performance on quality, cost, service, and delivery.
- Develop alternate sourcing strategies to reduce procurement risks.
- Conduct periodic supplier reviews and performance evaluations.
Cost Optimization
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Standardize procurement processes and preferred supplier lists.
- Improve procurement efficiency through strategic sourcing.
- Monitor market trends and raw material price movements.

Additional Responsibilities (Admin & HR Support)
Whenever required, support the organization in:
Administration
- Office administration and facility coordination.
- Asset management and office procurement.
- Vendor coordination for office services.
- Travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Maintenance of administrative records.
Human Resources
- Coordinate recruitment logistics and interview scheduling.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and statutory documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and organizational initiatives.

3Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain
Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Procurement or Supply Chain Management are
an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or
material management.
- Experience in construction products, building materials, manufacturing,
precast, infrastructure, ceramics, sanitaryware, construction chemicals,
or related industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
