Huron’s Corporate Workday team is a group of business focused technology professionals dedicated to optimizing our enterprise HR technology ecosystem. We partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that drive efficiency and measurable outcomes.
The Workday Developer will support the design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Workday, with a primary focus on Talent, Performance, and Learning. This role offers the opportunity to work on a mature Workday environment while helping evolve innovative solutions used across Huron.
Requirements:

2+ years of hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Workday (Performance, Learning, and/or Recruiting)

Experience with Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, EIBs, and Excel‑based data analysis

Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders

Experience working with global or cross‑functional teams

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills

Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.

Ability to work partial US hours and experience working in a multi-national corporation.
