Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Address student queries and provide end-to-end admission support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
