Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Managing schedules, booking appointments, and prioritizing meetings, often [via tools like Google Calendar or Outlook].
- Travel Planning: Booking flights, accommodation, and transportation, and creating detailed itineraries.
- Correspondence & Communication: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence, as shown on [Randstad India].
- Administrative Tasks: Handling data entry, filing, scanning documents, and preparing reports, as detailed
- Errands & Personal Tasks: Handling dry cleaning, shopping, paying bills, and managing household staff, as noted by [Indeed].
- Event Planning: Coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, or personal events.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining strict discretion regarding personal or business information.
