Provide first-level onsite IT support across assigned McDonald's restaurants, ensuring uninterrupted operation of POS systems, kiosks, printers, network devices, and end-user computing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide onsite support for restaurant IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, POS terminals, kiosks, printers, scanners, and handheld devices.
Coordinate with centralized Service Desk for incident resolution.
Perform hardware installations, replacements, and upgrades.
Support Windows OS and Office applications.
Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
Perform routine preventive maintenance visits.
Ensure SLA adherence and timely ticket closure.
