Inside Sales Executive
Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office)
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + High-Performance Incentives
About the Role
We’re hiring a Inside Sales Executive who can deliver both—great conversations and strong conversions. You’ll be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving revenue through effective communication and follow-ups.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and close deals
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue per customer
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout
- Work closely with operations teams for seamless service delivery
- Maintain lead and sales data in CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in sales / telesales / customer support
- Strong communication & persuasion skills (English + Hindi required; Kannada is a plus)
- Target-driven mindset with focus on conversions
- Ability to handle objections and close confidently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic CRM / Excel knowledge
