About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Educational Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in executive education sales and a passion for helping working professionals identify the right upskilling opportunities. This role involves counselling prospective students, converting leads, and achieving enrollment and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert leads received through various marketing channels into enrollments.
- Connect with 100–120 working professionals daily through the LeadSquared CRM database.
- Identify learners' upskilling needs based on their career goals and areas of interest.
- Provide detailed information about programs through phone and video counselling sessions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Meet daily activity targets and achieve weekly/monthly enrollment goals.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets aligned with team and organizational objectives.
- Generate referrals through the existing customer base.
- Identify and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in executive education sales.
- Proven track record in selling executive education programs, including:
- Global MBA Programs
- Doctoral Programs
- High-ticket Technical Programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Hands-on experience with LeadSquared CRM is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a high-performance environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
