Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to diamond production, sales, inventory, and dispatch.
- Extract, analyze, and present data from ERP software for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of rough and polished diamond stock, inward–outward movement, and aging reports.
- Coordinate with production, planning, sales, accounts, and inventory teams for data validation and updates.
- Generate reports on order status, job work tracking, costing, yield, and loss analysis.
- Ensure timely updating of data in ERP systems and resolve data discrepancies.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and dashboards for decision-making.
- Maintain data confidentiality and accuracy as per company policies.
- Assist in system audits and process improvements related to MIS and ERP usage.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of ERP software (diamond/jewellery ERP preferred).
- Good understanding of diamond industry processes (rough, manufacturing, polishing, grading, and sales).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and reporting.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce / Management / IT or relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience as MIS Executive in Diamond or Jewellery Industry preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
