We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with Fresher to 1 year of experience to help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, maintaining strong client relationships , and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Guru, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Maintain lead data and sales pipeline in CRM tools.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle client calls, understand requirements, and convert leads into business opportunities.
