Key Responsibilities
- Operate various production and packaging machines safely and efficiently as per SOPs.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, changeovers, and parameter settings for different products and pack sizes.
- Operate tube filling, sealing, coding, labeling, and other packaging equipment as assigned.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production with minimal downtime.
- Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance of machines.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical and operational issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for major breakdowns.
- Ensure product quality by maintaining filling accuracy, sealing quality, and packaging standards.
- Maintain production records, machine logbooks, and daily performance reports.
- Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, and 5S practices at all times.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- Candidates with relevant machine operation experience may be considered irrespective of qualification
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in operating manufacturing or packaging machinery in Cosmetics, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Food, or Ayurvedic manufacturing industries.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
