Job Summary
The Inside Sales Officer is responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales process through phone, email, and virtual meetings. The role focuses on promoting healthcare products or services, nurturing client relationships, scheduling appointments for field sales teams, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate healthcare products or services.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, healthcare professionals, corporate clients, and other prospective customers.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the field sales team.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation as required.
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to execute lead generation campaigns.
- Address customer queries and provide product or service information.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer success, or business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in healthcare services, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health technology, or hospital sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
