About the Role
We are looking for an experienced operations head to oversee end-to-end business operations, drive cross-functional coordination, strengthen processes, and ensure timely execution of management priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across Sales, Design, Purchase, Execution, Accounts, HR, Marketing and other departments.
Drive cross-functional coordination and ensure smooth Sales Design Purchase Execution Handover processes.
Develop, implement and monitor SOPs, SLAs, KPIs and accountability systems.
Monitor project and departmental performance, identify bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly MIS and operational reports to senior management.
Monitor manpower planning, productivity, resource utilisation and departmental performance.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure adherence to timelines and service standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, cost optimisation and productivity enhancement.
Handle major operational/client escalations and ensure timely closure.
Work closely with directors and HODs to convert management decisions into actionable plans and track execution.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, engineering, architecture, interior design or a related field.
10–15 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior operations/management role preferred.
Experience in interior design, turnkey projects, real estate, construction, architecture or other project-based industries preferred.
Strong experience in operations, SOPs, MIS, KPIs, process management and cross-functional team leadership.
